Barney Frank wants us to know he's as big a warmonger as anybody. He indignantly rejects
Dick Cheney's assertion that the defeat of Senator Joseph Lieberman in Connecticut's Democratic primary, largely but not entirely because of his support for the Iraq war, demonstrated that Democrats were unwilling to use appropriate force against terrorism....There you have it. The reason to be against war is that it's bad for war. Maybe the Dems need to stick with the cheap gas.Every Democratic senator and representative but one voted for the war in Afghanistan....
... one of the reasons why the Iraq war does America so much harm is that it has diverted attention, resources, and support from Afghanistan.
